Hotel chain Travelodge is creating over 500 new jobs, ranging from managers to plumbers. Around 100 new posts will be for brand new hotels which are opening in the London and Oxford areas. 45 posts will be at the company’s head office in Oxfordshire.
The company said that they were also looking for carpenters, plumbers, electricians and carpenters as they continue ahead with its nationwide £100 million hotel modernisation programme.
The Chief Operating Officer of Travelodge said:
“We’re attracting more customers than ever before and we continue to open new hotels. To support this, we’re looking for people to join the team who are passionate about delivering great customer service. We have a real track record of developing our team members. Hundreds of people who have joined the company in an entry level job or apprenticeship position are now in management roles.”
