Haven have holiday parks all over the country and so it depends on what area of the country you would like to travel as to which holiday park you choose. each holiday park is unique in its own way and all guarantee an extremely enjoyable holiday for the whole family. For the adventurous, there are campsites with five different pitch types; basic or tent pitch, electric pitch (eg if you own a motor home or equivalent), super electric pitch (luxury motor homes) and euro and premier pitches that have up to 20% more space, allow parking next to the tent and provide a concrete hard-standing base for extra security. You can also add up to two additional people for £3 per night in a pup tent that can be put up on your pitch. Other accommodation includes Haven’s range of popular caravans and also the newer comfort plus chalets and beach houses for those looking for a little more luxury. The Haven beach houses and deck houses are the newest additions to their accommodation list and are currently only available in certain parks, one of them being Perran Sands in Cornwall. All of the beach houses sleep up to six people and have an adjoining family dining and sitting room area, as well as number of other features guaranteed to make you feel at home. How do I book a holiday?
- You can book over the phone by calling the number above or you can go to www.haven.com. Check availability using the on-site widget – just select your region, accommodation preference, dates you’d like to go and duration of your stay. You’ll then be provided with a list of possible options of which you can check out reviews, facilities and prices.
- Once you have decided on your Haven site, you can add on some optional extras. If not, then simply enter your personal details and you’ll be taken to the payment page. Once paid, you should get a receipt and summary of what you have booked.

What is their cancellation policy?
