Partying on the White Isle can be costly, but it doesn’t have to be. Together Ibiza has kindly told us some of their best kept secrets when it comes to saving money:

  • Drink at home- In some clubs, especially the likes of Cream and Pacha, you could be paying up to 25 Euros for a vodka mixer, or 10 euros for a bottle of water! One way to get around this is to purchase your chosen drink from a shop and drink before you leave! A litre of Spanish vodka costs around 10 euros, so it really is the best option! Just make sure to always drink responsibly.
  • Look out for meal deals- Small, family run restaurants in San Antonio will often offer ‘set menus’ to feed the hungover, or those looking to line their stomachs ahead of a big night. One place, David’s, offers five courses for £12!
  • Bus it- In Ibiza, the bus network runs from 6.30am-12.30am. Not only that, but disco buses run throughout the night to take you from your accommodation in San Antonio to the clubs in style.
  • Purchase club tickets in advance- You can buy tickets for club nights in Ibiza months in advance online, or from reps on the island. Doing this means that they will be considerably cheaper than purchasing on the door and you’re guaranteed to get in!

Most importantly, don’t panic! Ibiza is not expensive as everyone says it is! Just make sure to look around for the best deals. If your hotel has reps, be sure to ask them for any hidden gems in terms of restaurants and bars! Take the bus instead of a taxi and always buy in advance and you’ll have a great time.
